Come hear me speak!

Hello dear ones, Come hear me speak this Friday, April 19th In Boulder at the Circus Center.

I’m one of the featured speakers for this incredible event created by one of our caregivers-Crystal Evans!
It’s part ted-talk, part ecstatic dance and part cacao ceremony.

After the Cacao Ceremony I’ll be giving a 45 minute masterclass where I’ve combined the Ripples of Loss with the medicine from the elements and the four directions.

I’m calling it The Wheel of Grief. It’s something I’ve been crafting for the past few years. I’ve been working with shamanic practitioners from the Lakota and Huichol traditions. And I have also done research on the elemental traditions from my own ancestors from Northern Europe. And it is also influenced by my time with Sobonfu Somé and Elder Malidoma Somé from the Dagara in West Africa.

Later on in the evening, I’ll be giving a short speech about my grief story and how I learned to befriend my losses which ultimately led me to my passion of doing grief work.

The entire event is from 4pm-midnight! I know that’s late, I most likely won’t last until then.

Here’s the schedule if you’d like to come to hear me at the master class or the speech. Although, you must stay and dance with me.
